As Fashion Week kicks off in the Big Apple, people gather from all surrounding areas to show off their best street style. If not going into the fashion show, they wait outside and celeb-hunt. Everybody’s style is so unique and vibrant. This photo diary shows the street style of the guests of VFILES, a show finally open to the public.

I walked the line talking to different people about their outfits, and they all demonstrated different experiences in their little nook of the fashion world. Fashion Week is fast-paced; there’s no time to take a breath, but it’s worth every second of the rush and thrill.

At VFILES, the public had the chance to experience a usually private show. Everybody grabbed their spot, and my best friend and I walked in with a box of Two Boots. The designs were incredible, and SENSELII is the new designer to look out for. His work is sustainable and innovative, a legit blast of color on the runway. Big dresses with pillows and props and everything puffy, describing my mood for the first day of school the next day. Lil’ Kim came out with a surprise performance to close off the already exciting show.
